    Our kiosk is located inside the Chico Mall (1950 E 20th St. Chico, CA 95928) between Victoria Secret andBath & Body Works.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Since our kiosk is located inside the Chico Mall, we maintain their hours of operation as detailed below. Dolce Vita will be in the Chico Mall until Monday Dec. 28th. Chico Mall Holiday Season & Extended Hours: Open Monday - Saturday from 10AM - 8PM and Sunday from 11AM - 6PM until Wednesday Nov. 25th. CLOSED for Thanksgiving on Thursday Nov. 26th. Black Friday Extended hours from 8AM - 9PM on Friday Nov. 27th. Open Monday - Saturday from 10AM - 9PM and Sunday 11AM - 7PM. Extended holiday hours are in effect from Saturday Nov. 28th until Thursday Dec. 17th. Open Monday - Saturday 9AM - 10PM and Sunday 11AM - 7PM from Friday Dec. 18th until Wednesday Dec. 23rd. Open on Christmas Eve, Thursday Dec. 24th from 8AM - 6PM. CLOSED for Christmas Day on Friday Nov. 25th. Open Monday - Saturday 10AM - 9PM from Friday Dec. 26th until Monday Dec. 20th.
  • Do you offer curbside pick up? If so, how can I place an order?"
    Yes, we do! We are working on updating our online store for you to purchase through the website and select curbside pick up as a delivery option. If you do not see what you want online, please contact us so we can assist you further or stop by our local kiosk in person.
  • I don't see what I want online, how do I know what product you have in store?"
    If you don't see what you are looking for online, then please contact usor stop by in person to our kiosk to see our selection. Dolce Vita is a small family run local business - there is only 3 of us to date. Due to this, our online store is getting updated slowly but surely. Our product is primarily, one of a kind and has made transferring our shop online a challenging but fun endeavor that we have been tirelessly working on behind the scenes. We are shooting to have most of our stock available for online shopping by Spring 2021!
  • Do you offer shipping and delivery?
    Yes, we do! Currently we are shipping through USPS so please be patient with delays in shipping and delivery due to the pandemic.
  • What are your exchange and/or return policies?
    We offer a 30 day exchange policy with proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds but will apply the price of your purchase towards your exchange.
  • Can I purchase a gift card? How does it work exactly?
    Yes, you can! We offer gift cards with no expiration date. At the moment, gift cards can be purchased and redeemed in person at our kiosk. We are currently working on integrating an online gift card system for our website. We expect to have that available by Spring 2021.
  • What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?
    We are requiring face masks for service. If you do not have your own face mask, we are offering free ones at our kiosk and hand sanitizer for your safety. We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our kiosk and jewelry to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness for your safety and ours.
