We do our very best to provide quality pieces that will last a lifetime. It is important to us that our customers are thoroughly happy with their purchase and treasure all the jewelry they receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your piece, and we will be happy to find a solution to assist you.

 

We offer exchanges and store credit on all pieces that are returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please return all items in original condition, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days with a recommended tracking ID number.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees. Our customers are responsible for the re-shipping and handling fees that may incur.

Each piece of jewelry is designed and manufactured by Dolce Vita in limited quantities, and we stand behind their quality 100%. Due to the unique nature of crafting each piece and hand-selecting the stones - all items sold are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to assist in finding the perfect piece for you. We offer exchanges on all our jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order, and it must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. If you are interested in exchanging your order, please contact us, and we are happy to walk you through the process.

You will be given full exchange credit in the amount you paid for the piece you are exchanging minus shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees. Our customers are responsible for the re-shipping and handling fees that may incur.

We recommend looking through our available products online before submitting your exchange request. This will allow you to note in your request which piece you are interested in applying your exchange credit to and will allow us to further assist you.

If you are exchanging the piece you received due to a sizing issue and would like to receive the same piece in a different size, please note this in your exchange request. For more information on sizing, please visit our Care & Sizing page or contact us with specific questions.

Due to each precious gemstones' unique nature, exact colors and patterns may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our site. Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
