Shipping & Delivery

We strive to offer our customers the most secure possible shipping and delivery options to get their orders to them safely and quickly. We utilize insured shipping with tracking ID numbers for our customer's orders through USPS. At check out, you will be given the option to choose the shipping method that you prefer.

 

Please anticipate 2-5 days for us to fulfill and package your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and is in transit, you will receive an email with a tracking ID number and a guarantee of insurance on your package.

 

Our orders require an adult signature upon delivery, so please make sure you are providing an address where someone will be present to accept the package after it’s shipped. Dolce Vita is not responsible for any delays or rerouting fees due to an undeliverable address.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees. Our customers are responsible for the re-shipping and handling fees that may incur if they return or exchange an order.

We are currently working on offering international shipping and expect to have it available in Spring 2021.
